Lyn D. Nielsen was born for this. At age two, she loved big rocks and her dog; by eight, she wanted to be a writer; and as a teen, she discovered the desert…all part of a Master plan.
Her heart is in the sage, and while writing Place of Sage, she tripped over plenty of it…but only a few had rattlesnakes. She lives in Washington State with her family and very fine dog, and she's hard at work on her next book.

A Moment With Lyn
Q : What's it like to spend a day with you?
A : You're not going to ask my husband, are you? I can see the smirk on Dan's face already. And don't ask my kids either; their eyes would roll. Someone did get to my sister, though, and in between bursts of laughter, she said something about an "intense abdominal workout. Ha, ha, ha!" So, next question-please!
Q : How does it feel to be an author in your forties?
A : It's great! Oh sure, I have more grays now…and don't jump out of bed in one step anymore; but on the inside, I'm still just a girl, who was called to write this story.
Q : What about this story? Why is Place of Sage important to today's readers?
A : Many of us have forgotten, or don't even know, that we were born with a Master plan in place; that we are not random beings. Especially today, with the world the way it is, I think it takes a simple story to get a personal message through.
Q: Will Place of Sage surprise us?
A : It sure surprised me! Are you ready?
